Dutch's Place Policies

First, the tough stuff:

Check-in time is after 3 p.m. EST and check-out time is before 11 a.m. EST.

No smoking in the rental unit under any condition.

No pets permitted on the rental premises under any condition.

The maximum number of guests allowed per unit is seven (7) persons.

Dutch's Place will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

A Damage Deposit of $200 is required. It is fully refundable within 10 days of departure, provided the following provision is met: No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

Damages to the rental unit or its contents for more than $200 will be billed separately and charged to the credit card provided. All reservations require a valid credit card, regardless of payment type.

Linens and towels are included in the rental rate, daily maid service is not included.

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival.

The balance of rent is due on the check-in date unless paid by personal check, which is due two weeks prior to check-in.

Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense or false information will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, damage deposit, and/or rental money.
